Sacred Grief & Womb Healing Session For women who have experienced miscarriage or abortion This session is a gentle, heart-centered space created to support women in processing the emotional, physical, and energetic layers that can follow pregnancy loss—whether through miscarriage or abortion. There is no judgment here. No expectation of how you “should” feel. Only space to honor your experience in whatever way it exists for you. Grief, relief, confusion, guilt, love—these emotions can coexist. This session is designed to help you safely acknowledge, release, and begin to soften what may be held within the body and womb space. 🌿 What This Session Offers We begin by creating a grounded, safe container where your body can begin to relax and open at its own pace. From there, the session may include: Guided grounding and emotional support A gentle arrival into your body, allowing you to feel supported and present Womb-centered Reiki healing Soft, nurturing energy work focused on the womb and heart space to support release, restoration, and reconnection Shamanic guided journey (optional and intuitive) A sacred space to connect with your inner wisdom, the spirit of the child, or your own healing guides—if this feels aligned for you Energetic cord release or honoring ritual A compassionate practice to either release, honor, or bring closure—based on what your body and heart need Grief acknowledgment & integration Space to feel, express, and gently process emotions without pressure or expectation 🌙 Intentions of This Work To support emotional release in a safe and held environment To reconnect you with your body and womb with compassion To honor your experience without shame or silence To bring softness, forgiveness, and understanding to yourself To help you begin (or continue) your healing journey 💬 Closing Note This session is a supportive, spiritual and emotional healing experience and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
