What is a Yoni Steam
A yoni steam (also called vaginal steaming) is a practice where warm herbal steam is directed toward the vulva (external genital area). Traditionally it’s used to encourage circulation, relaxation, cleansing, and pelvic awareness.

Actively bleeding (menstruation or fresh postpartum bleeding)
Experiencing infection, open sores, or irritation.
How to Steam
How to Prepare the Steam
Bring water to a boil.
