Sage Rose Clearing Bundle
These Bundles are available to sit on your altar or take up space where they are being called to.
When you finally feel ready to burn, take a moment to stand or sit in the centre of your room or space (can be inside or outside). Take 3 deep breathes, and connect to your root chakra, grounding your energy into your body, setting a clear intention as you are doing so.
You will be walking in a clockwise motion from the centre of your room in a clockwise spiral out of the room.
When you start you can either break pieces from your bundle into a shell or cauldron, or you can burn right from the top or bottom of the bundle, listen to your intuition and what the bundle is calling you to do.
Take a deep breath and light your sage and rose. Intentionally send your prayers with the smoke by blowing lightly on the bundle of burning. Slowly start walking when you feel ready, blowing and saying your prayers into the smoke. Continue until you are out of the room. Once you are out, feel into if you feel like its cleared, you can repreat this process up to 3x.
Whn you feel like its complete, if you have any ash, find a place outisde to offer the ashes to the land.
